Slide #2: Installing vapor barrier and insulation

1. Cover the entire slab area with vapor barrier, e.g., 6-mil visqueen
   
2. Install the closed-cell insulation, e.g., 3-inch R-15, over the entire area; first, along the edges [vertical] of the stem-wall and second, over the interior of the slab area.
   
3. Tape the seams of the closed-cell insulation.
